Betsy McDowell
Co-founder & President
With over two decades of experience in sales and communications, Betsy has had the privilege of serving in diverse roles across the industry. Her journey began as an advertising executive, where she partnered with businesses of all sizes to analyze data and craft successful advertising campaigns. Known for her knack for developing new accounts, maintaining robust client relations, and surpassing growth targets, Betsy's leadership prowess soon saw her rise to the role of Director of Strategic Sales. Here, she harnessed her insights to mentor a high-performing sales team. Her career trajectory continued upward as she transitioned into the role of Director of Business Development at a Public Relations agency, securing new clients and fostering strategic relationships.
Olivia Blackstock
Strategic Communications and Public Relations Director
Olivia is a New Orleans native who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts of Mass Communication in public relations from Louisiana State University in 2019. Olivia has always been passionate about how companies interact and impact the communities they work with, which led her to pursue an education and career in public relations. She began her career in a full-service communication agency where she worked with Fortune 50 clients in the industrial and hospitality sectors. Her experience also includes working with educational, non-profit, and engineering entities. She brings valuable skills to the team with vast experience in social media, data analytics, internal communication, content management systems, and strategic planning. She brings drive, optimism, strategy, and organization to every project. Olivia believes that with creativity and passion, there isn’t a problem you can’t solve.
Mia Bacilla
Marketing and Communications Manager
Mia Bacilla is our Marketing and Communications Manager. She focuses on strategic communication, social media marketing, and content creation. Mia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and is currently pursuing a Master of Mass Communication at Louisiana State University (LSU).
Throughout her undergraduate and graduate academic career, Mia has deepened her knowledge of strategic communication and social media marketing. Her skills and love for photography have not only nurtured a passion for social media and content creation but also enabled her to effectively promote our client's brands and businesses through social media at Three Six Zero.
